We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

All our products are going through quality control before sending out to our lovely buyers. If you find the products are damaged or broken, we can only offer an exchange with the new same product.

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@innerbeautyindonesia.com and we'll notify you the return address by mail. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Credit Card Statements

 

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.



 

Payment Methods & Sales Tax

We only receive payment by bank transfer via BCA or MANDIRI for Indonesian buyer and PayPal for International buyer.
